Work with excentric presses extending from 1 tonnes to 63 tonnes, we use different kinds of materials, like:
- copper, bronze, aluminium
- steel, perforated steel
- plastic, rubber with textile,
- TESNIT gasketsheets, (asbestosfree)
- special gasket (oil-,press-, heat proof).
We manufacture different pieces for our Customers in large or smaller amounts:
- contacters (switching parts),
- stamped and bent parts,
- caps(for test tube and infusion bottle), shaped gaskets (box-gasket)
- fixers, holders,
- different metal parts.
For producing the choosen parts, gaskets we make the manufacturing tools considering the number of pieces required on favouring conditions. This happens on the basis of technical and business consultasions with the Customers.
Our firm introduced the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2001.
